IDM Lead Developer

Start: A.S.A.P.

Location :  WI

Required:

·  Bachelors degree in Information technology, or a related discipline

·  Proven experience in reviewing, establishing, communicating and enforcing team development and quality standards

·  Experience conducting code reviews

·  Experience mentoring other developers to improve their skill set

·  Experience in enterprise application development

·  3+ yrs web application development experience

·  6+ yrs of OO programming experience

·  Strong knowledge in the following areas: JSP/Servlets, Java, XML, relational databases, UML, HTML, JavaScript, BEA WebLogic/IBM WebSphere/Tomcat/Jboss, Spring framework, Hibernate

·  Willingness to learn and work with SUN Identity Manager's proprietary scripting language (XML Based)

·  Experience in extending functionality of vendor products through custom development

·  Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects.

·  Independent debugging/researching skills

·  Ability to quickly learn standards of the Quality Management System

·  Adhere to and leverage formal Quality documentation requirements

·  Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills

·  Commitment to and sense of urgency for project timelines



Desired:

Understanding of business processes associated with user management lifecycle

Development of role-based access control infrastructures based upon business requirements for employees, contractors, customers or third parties

Experience with systemic account management and provisioning methods

Ability to design and implement workflow and rule-based provisioning solutions that meet complex business requirements

2+ years experience developing in an Agile development environment

Single-Sign-On background

Application integration experience

Rules/Workflow Engine experience

SUN Identity Manager experience



Responsibilities:

Own development projects and tasks in the Identity Manager (myRESOURCES) system, delegating to team members as appropriate

Review/modify existing development quality standards and establish new ones where appropriate.  Communicate these to the development team and enforce their use through code reviews and other mechanisms

Mentor development team members to improve their contribution to the team

Contribute to overall team direction and practices (i.e. Agile development process)

Implement account provisioning processes using the Identity Manager application through the development cycle.

Design and develop in Java and Sun IDM Xpress scripting language

Configure Workflows and Rules

Assist in deployment of functionality through all application environments – Sandbox/Development Lab, Test, Stage and Production

Complete System Design, Unit and Boundary Test Documentation as part of the team End-to-End deliverables within standard release cycles as well as ancillary documentation that may be assigned by the Team Lead, Project and Compliance managers

Similar documentation deliverables as listed above, but associated with Bug Fixes and existing Functional Enhancements
