Title: Junior Java Developer

Typical Tasks:

Perform full life-cycle activities in support of the project which
will include, but not limited to:
1. Work with the technical leader on development
2. Accountable for meeting your milestones set for the projects
3. Participate in code review, unit testing and integration testing
4. Document system design, development and Unit testing

Skills * Java/J2EE developer:

This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or equivalent
experience, and professional software development experience in object-
oriented language, including Java and J2EE. Specific requirements
include, but not limited to:
* 2 to 5 years professional experience in Java J2EE web technologies on
  customized applications
* Hands on experience with web applications using at least 4 of the
  following technologies: Spring, Struts, Hibernate/iBatis (ORM), JSP,
  EJB, JDBC, Log4J, and Web Services
* Prefer candidates with experience working on all tiers of
  development
* Experience with software development best practices (RUP, XP, Agile)
* Strong hands on experience with UML
* Object oriented analysis and design patterns/techniques with
  emphasis on Java/J2EE technology
* Experience with RDBMS (DB2, Oracle or MS SQL)
* Helpful to have wide breadth of knowledge across many Java Open-
  Source technologies including AJAX, Ant, DOJO, XML parser technology
