f1 visa query ..please help..

help me..i attended visa interviewi got f1 query with 221g form indicating other:h4 visa application.wht happened is:
vo:why stratford university?
it provides hands on labs blah blah...
vo:u applied for nj schools?
yes but i did not get admission.
vo:y u change from h4 to f1?
i will get practical experience and come back to india.
vo:that means u intended to work and earn money?
no.i will gain experience..
vo:whr u stay?
nj
vo:u travel from nj to va?
yes my has weekend college
vo:means part time
no full time i have the document
i dont need any documents ineed rules and laws.e said go on h4 and continue remaining studies.
i said ok and whn is next appointment..
no u can come directly and take an interview.

thts it guys  wht i hav to do.stll 1 quarter left..i will not get opt.i changed from h4 to f1 status since nov 2009.
wht to do?
shall i go for again f1 interview or wht?
wht vo entered in system?
may b he entered not giv f1 visa, only give h4?
wht shld i do?

H4 paina US ki enter avu..., Master complete chesuko, Marketing start chesuko, Job sampadinchu, H4 to H1 status change application pettuko.., next time India ki vellinapudu stamp gudhinchuko.

Sorry to discourage you but the reality is from here on you will get the same response from US Embassy everytime you go there for the same visa type.., until unless you are lucky.
