Thanks to all of you for your efforts. This is my first post being a member of the DB.I am looking for some help to find consultancies offering L1 to H1 transfer with change of status. Please suggest consultancies which does good marketing for Oracle Apps... I have 6 years of real time exp in reputed indian MNC and working on L1B since 3.5 years in US.
