Hi All,
I have been a daily visitor to different forums on this DB and find it very entertaining and informative. Thanks to all of you for your efforts. This is my first post being a member of the DB.

I am looking for some help to find consultancies offering L1 to H1 transfer with change of status. Please suggest consultancies which does good marketing for Oracle Apps... I have 6 years of real time exp in reputed indian MNC and working on L1B since 3.5 years in US. Appreciate your help.
