technojunk
guys BMI is an obsolete concept! days are gone when person's weight is an indicator for risk of disease or otherwise. The actual health indicator is your percentage body fat ( which is measured by a hand held instrument ) Males fat % <20 females%<25-30 both of these are for sedentary workers. Ok ... now to make my point clear that BMI is obsolete or misleading concept, take a football player, a 6'2" football player weighs 230 pounds but his BMI is ard 29 which is unhealthy and hie has morderate to high risk of having a coronary disease..but his fat percentage is less than 10%. His weight was mostly due to his lean muscle mass. Hence Weight and Height does not determine the health factor to the desired level.
