Need help on deploying my website!!

Hi all,

I am new to ASP.NET. I have created a simple website using Visual web developer 2010 express edition and SQL server compact edition 4. And I bought a domain compatible with them. Now I want my website go live. I dont know how to do that. I tried lot of online resources but they are confusing. I have IIS7. Do i need to install any other things?Could any1 help me by providing simple steps or by any resources.

i dont need to install any thing, all u need to do is to upload ur files on ur host server and configure it over there if it got any php script or database elements. if its static it wil show the content stright away.

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I am wondering how can I upload my files. My friend provided me the hosting space. I really dont know how to use it. If you don't mind, could you please give step wise explanation.
