Client has a huge project expecting to last all of 2011 and could ultimately lead up to 14 openings. The team wants to focus on the strongest candidates, regardless of what firm so this is a great opportunity to reach into a niche area with the bank.



PRPC Developer



Strong business and product knowledge.

Business Process Analysis and DCO.

Business Requirements Analysis.

PRPC experience at a high level on 5.5.X and 6.X, running on a UNIX platform.

PRPC experience with Agents.

PRPC Best Practices.

Pega Frameworks.

PRPC, workflow, reports, BRE, Decision Tables , IAC.

PRPC performance optimization , profiling and trouble shooting.

Ability to create decision services at a customer , employee , account and transaction level.

Ability to Build Scalable, Flexible BPM systems in PRPC.

Ability to manage rapid change.

Ability to create highly available systems.

Ability to manage concurrent development.

Ability to create and manage inside a J2EE/SOA architecture.

Ability to Create prototypes.

Experience with PRPC 6.X and 5.5.X and boot camp certification.

Experience with XML /XPATH /Schema.



Oracle Skills (is a plus If possible )

Oracle 10G & 11G

AIX 6.1 +

Red Hat Linux

Shell scripting including KShell and Bash.

Experience converting DB2 databases to Oracle.

Solid skills in database performance factors, monitoring tools and tuning procedures

Ability to script routine jobs such as backup and regular maintenance

RAC implementation and maintenance, DR Planning



Build/Script Engineer( is a plus If possible )

WebSphere 6.1 deployment scripting with Jython (Python variant)

Tomcat deployment scripting

Scripting ANT for Java JAR, WAR, EAR, etc

Setup and support of Cruise Control

Experience scripting for Oracle
