i think ur using adsense....firstly to get good income get more traffic...concentrate more on traffic than ads. coming to adplacements place one medium rectangle ad on the top of the page...and use on large vertical ad on the right...

your layout was not much impressive try changing layout of your blog...and adding some rss feeds related to your website...

boss you can select a three column template....you can find many templates (GOOGLE).  right now your blog look a basic html page with white background...select some dark templates...enjoyyyy

no problem tammudu...left vertical ad large ad pettu(160X600) and below that remove that small ad and place another vertical ad of same length.  paina yedho banner pettavu kada if that is not much important replace it with medium rectangle. and concentrate more on traffic...good luck
