i can tell you how to maintain your current weight with out any exercise on a daily basis

but if you want to lose weight you need to work out

Maintaining your current weight

1) Stop eating fried and cheesy foods
2) Avoid skipping break fast
3) keep watch of your calories
4) Avoid using vehicle for shorter distances and walk
5)Eat light for dinner that too by 7:00pm at the late
6) give two hours gap for sleep after you have dinner
7) Take a 10 min short walk after your dinner
8) When ever you want to have snacks eat fruits or drink juices
