Description:

*  Masters or Bachelor's degree from  college or university and 0-3 years related experience in
    software  programming or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*  Knowledge of Java, JSPs, Struts, WebLogic, and SQL.
*  Knowledge of object-oriented application-development principles, theories, and concepts.
*  Basic knowledge of Web Services, XML, and XSLT.
*  Basic knowledge of Unix operating system.

Qualified applicants must also possess the following skills/competencies:

*  Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT teams and business units.
*  Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
