Could somebody please tell some gud networking consultancies. ( anywhere in the USA..)

Down the road how'll be the job market in networking field compared to other software technologies..

i suggest you to learn by your own , there are some good dumps of CISCO , if you are thorough with these dumps u can easily crack interview and Cisco Certifications.

OK. How many months it'll take to prepare and to get CCNA & CCNP certifcation? Any idea?

Yes i am in to Network Security, before i worked on ROuting and Switching. It takes almost 30 days for you to prepare for CCNA and CCNP.  Even the consultant teaches you the same .
