naa OPT inko 10 days lo expire aipothund hi....... ...29 months OPT period aipoindhi ippudu... .H1 ki apply chesaanu. ....query padindhi. .....appr oval inka raaledhu. .....so em chesthe best..... should i apply to any univ..... .emaina univ unnaya... .ippudu ala apply cheyyataa niki..... .tri valley prob vachaaka thaggipoi ndhi anukunta. ....mee frnds kaani evaraina em univ lo join ayyaru... ......... right now nenu contract job lo unna..... but visa expire aipothund hi....... ......... ..em cheyyali. ......... .....

Thats not a pblm....u will have cap gap period for 2 months...by that time ur H1 will be approved..

I think you will get cap-gap extension upto Sep-30th not for 2months as simba123 mama told..

Did you get anyinformation reg universities..

u are good until u have a pending H1 status....  Meanwhile check out few universities. Not sure abt the names, but there are some universities in CA( not Tri valley :-)
