I got a job in CTS for Fulltime..Naaku CTS gurinchi,.antha gaa teliyadu but pedda company ani telsu..COgnizant ani ..ippudu naa doubt enti ante..aa full time tisukovaala vodddaa ani...Nenu h1 meeda unna..vaade transfer cheskuntaa ani annadu..so status pedda problem kaadu kaani.....(lay off avute..thats different thing!!)
BUt i would like to know abot the organization..ela treat chestaruuu.ela untadi...ani..transfers ela untayi ani..Please help annalu....

CTS is American company not dessi  S%Hi  S%Hi  S%Hi  But too many Indian employees.... so you might get a desi manager .... nenu pani chesa cts kindha in LA.... extras baga chestharu gaani ....2 nellu aithe kalisipotharu.. so no problems.. bane untundhi ..... enjoy and proceede ........

Congratulations bro...  &C$F  ....  CTS is a good company.. Recession time lo kooda profits chupina company idhi... so company wise stable.... and job vacchindante almost set ayinatte ...

Location batti COLA ani untundi...daani gurinchi discuss chesi ..pay nu finalise chesko..

H1 transfer chesi.. join aina 1 year lo GC apply chestaru.. so veeti meeda confirmation email tecchuko.....

Managers anta Desi valle..offshore call & meetings pakka in CTS since offshore coordination is main thing in this company... but adhi manage chesukovocchu pedda matter emi kaadu..

Yup..... US based company aina... Mana Indians 99% untaru and andulo max ppl ( especially managers) Tamil valle... Chennai head office in India...
