Mexico lo Visa Stamping guys Please help!

Hello frnds,
I am planning go to mexico by end of this month for H1 Visa stamping(renewal),i have valid H1 visa till 5th sept. sCo_^Y sCo_^Y
My doubts are.
1.How many days we need to stay there. sCo_^Y
2.If they deny my visa,is my I-797 also expires? sCo_^Y
3.If they issue query,can we come back to USA. sCo_^Y

If they deny visa you can attend interview again on I797 as long as they do not send it to USCIS for revoke due to some fraud.

3.If they issue query,can we come back to USA. sCo_^Y

No you need to go back to home country and attend from there with query documents..you will not be able to come back until you get stamped. It is similar to what you do in India if they reject.
