Is it OK to sign 6 months contract ????

Hi,
I am planning to join a consultancy and they are asking me to sign a 6 months contract and one year contract once i get job.
Is it OK to go ahead and sign the contract when i am on OPT?

Contract ante you can not be bound to work for any employer.. US lo atlaa forced contracts chellav.. You can leave any job at any time..
