Emp name repeat kaakunda only Keys repeat kavali. And Data enta takkuva unte anta better annattu undali. So Emp details ni modify cheyyali ante 2 or 3 different tables la cheyyali accordong to your logic. Adi fault model.

Naa design la emp details emanna change ayite, only FKs change.

City name change ayite nenu only 1 row ni modify chesta city table la. Nee dantla chaala rows modify cheyyali.

Slowly changing dimensions concept la chooshina city name kottadi add cheshi, only FK's change stav emp_table la.
