Informatica backup needed

Hi Friends,
I got a job recently in a company as an ETL developer. I need someone as a backup as im very new to the job.
Im willing to pay also for the help.
Please let me know if anyone is interested or can give me some info to whom to approach..this is a very gud job and i don't want to lose it.
