AAPL and GOOG shares are rated 10times its earnings and people think ~$550/share is too costly... and here it is ! Facebook... whose revenue is 1 Billion and according to its IPO filing... it's revenue should be something near to 104 Billion or atleast 20-40Billion....but have you ever recall watching a Advertisement in facebook page?? the answer is No... so Ads valla revenue kooda peddaga ledu

So, point enti ante... FB @$38 is too overrated... all those wall street guys who made it possible to get FB $38 valuation think that with additional billions Mark gets with this IPO can be put to good use by him and get a radical/drastic change in the social media platform...

But as you see, FB is going down.. means the big institutions are selling FB big time and wont be long before the market realizes the same...when the quaterly reports come !

So Stay away from FB unless you are daytrading mama !!
