H1.....Help....Please

mamalu, na OPT extension next May ending ki aiypothundhi....so nenu H1 ee year 2011 Oct mundhu...file cheste....na H1 eppati nunchi start auvtundhi....or nenu Oct 2011 tharuvatha H1 file chesta( i mean H1 quota inka vunte)...naa H1 start date defer cheyocha...like from feb 2012 or soemthing like that....


I need your valuable suggestions please...

you can start it at any date with in 6 months from the date of your application

Naku telisinanta varaku, nuvu oct2011 taruvata---Mar31st 2012 lopala eppudu apply chesi approval eppudu vaste aaa roju nunde ni H1 valid untundhi !!!! Oct taruvata Quota available untene nuvu H1 veyochu!!

if Quota is available, then you can start your H1B with in 6 months from the date of application

If u apply before October then ur h1 mostly starts from oct1st but u can flexibly to ask for date untill next year of march ...And if u apply after oct 1st..U can start h1 when u get h1 approved or u can ask for start date within 6 months..I did same thing applied after October and kept start date in jan next year.
