Our Website is under construction boss. I posted here not for business as I got lot of people from my current and past candidates. I will market aggressive later not now. This is just for information.

The reason Why I am in this website today(ofcourse I don't have much knowledge as I am not regulat to this website), I was suggested some of the telugu people about this. But it is unfortunate the posting here are like this Job Gaurantee or placements, Hey I Think you are the one who posted some where 100%placemenst on some courses ? So you are not from UK , where are based from then.
Is your website under construction? With out Website and proper details how come you manage to approach clients and how come the so called big companies Gave the requirements to you.

You need to answer all these questions. I thought You are a recruitment agent and based in UK. so you are not an consultant and you are not in UK. Do you belive if I post here that I have direct contacts with USA company HR's and can place candidates if I am not a recruitment agent and don not have website and details, Will the so called companies approach me.

Are you placing for free or charging from candidates.

Guys ask all these questions to him. Guys I need to tell you one thing here If he is charging any amount from him, be carefull.

I am a recruitment consultant here, We do ot take money or bank details from job seekers. Once we get requirements from clients we will pubilsh that and send the matching candidate resumes to the employer. If employer recruit candidate from whome I sent , i will get direct commission from the company or if some one else's candiated selected then that consultant will get money. This is the process in UK, thats why gradutes try to keep contacts with consultants so that they can send their resumes to the employe he is matching candidate.
