june 30th lopu nuvvu eppudaina H1 filing cheyochu..

u need to get the H1 B Rcpt number atleast by june 30th to get a H1 B Cap Gap extension if u r unable to get a OPT extension.

Kaani ,, nuvvu OPT ki matram H1 ki apply chesaaka cheyyalevu... chesina kaani,, konchem confusion untadhi , if u already applied for H1.. best option is to apply for OPT extension on april 8th -10th . like within 90 days period of ur OPT expiry date and wait for the result unitl the june 15th .

if u had any query on the OPT extns duringthis 90 day period, be prepared to apply for H1B on june 3rd week or 4th week . by securing an employer letter and all other documents requiremd for a H1B and most important is the client letter.

so worst case scenario lo, u need to file for ur H1 atleast a week before ur OPT expires on July 7th to get a new I-20 to work until ur H1 B is approved.

if In case ur OPT got approved during this application processing, u can try to revoke ur H1 B application ..

so konche complex to understadn ,but first apply for extension in april.. and be prepared with a client letter and an LCa from ur employer in case of any query or any other issues with OPT extension..
