nenu eppudu OPT meedha vunna...so naaku full time offer vachindhi...maa company (Client) lo...so naa doubt anti ante...first maa employer (consultancy) emanna problem create chesteda....endhukante...nenu vaditho...agreement sign chesa...so vadiki cheppakunda...jump aithe...emanna problem vuntunda...and morever asalu...nenu convert avvadam manchidena...fulll time ki...endhukante...manam experience prove chesukovali kadha?....so any thoughts and suggestions please?

NO issues baa .... agrements tho problme neeku undaka povachu ... but nuvvu velle dhi client place lo kee kabatti ask u r company is there any agrement between them ...

Yes there will be no issues with the agreement or bond that you signed with your existing company.

But as the user suggested if there is a Non Competent Agreement , then your existing company can sue the client. Also the client will a employment check and you should be able to prove it.
