[b]Roles and Responsibilities:[/b] Serve as a SharePoint business readiness consultant to help in the following areas: 1. Assist in developing the DS global MDS process / governance 2. Develop and implement global IM application remediation activities 3. Develop and implement planning for an off shore SP2010 development factory to assist business in site development 4. Drive DS business engagement strategy to help prepare for mass migrations in 2012 Technical Skills and Experience: This project will require someone with very strong BA skills who is also familiar with PM processes and reporting. *Investment Value Realization Analysis *Benefits Management * Data Management System Strategy Assessment *Formal documentation development such as: implementation strategy docs and/or white papers *Microsoft SharePoint 2007 or 2010 Soft Skills and Experience: * Experience of delivering IT investment valuation and benefits realisation analyses * Knowledge of financial evaluation techniques Communication skills – must be able to interact across the DS organisation in a professional and confident manner. * Formal Documentation skills - ability to develop and maintain detailed, formal documents * Ability to work with remote resources * Flexible work hours as stakeholders span international boundaries * Leadership qualities
