Job Description
Primary Skill set:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years experience in IT projects.
• 4+ years of Business Analysis and elicitation of requirements
• 4+ years of Detailed documentation of business/functional requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis process
• Strong understanding of a SDLC methodology (i.e., Waterfall, Agile).
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Excellent Client Interfacing and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional business teams
Desired Skills:
•HealthCare knowledge (not mandatory)
•3+ years of experience working with test plans and test cases
Required
•Need sample documentation of the BA work such as BRD, FDD, Use Case document etc.
•Should have worked in a process driven IT environment
