[color=#990000][size=4]My client is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional consultant with strong benefits background to resolve both of the above mentioned issues.
Consultant should have working knowledge of benefits set-ups along with the ability to trouble shoot issue. They should be able to develop Fast-Formulas and/or PS/SQL as may be required.
1. Define with SME’s the project requirements
2. Create the Requirements document (approved by the team)
3. Create Functional Specifications (approved by the team)
4. Create Technical Specifications (approval by the team)
5. Maintain the projects’ Requirements Matrix document
6. Creation of all deliverables
7. Resolve all deliverable defects
8. Conduct unit testing
9. Deploy into QA environment all deliverables
10. Conduct User Acceptance Testing
11. Deploy into production all deliverables
12. Support of deliverables once into production
13. Document all changes/configurations
14. Creation of training material
15. Conduct business unit and IT training
Consultant’s Responsibility:
16. Based on the project charter, define the project requirements and gain customer approval
17. Based on the project Requirements document, create Functional Specifications and gain approval
18. Based on the Functional Specifications, create Technical Specifications and gain approval
19. Based on the Technical Specifications create the deliverables
20. Conduct Unit testing on deliverables and move to QA once all defects removed
21. Conduct User Acceptance Testing removing all defects
22. Implement new deliverables into production once all defects removed
23. Utilize Panduit’s standard document templates and project methodology
24. Document all deliverables and work
25. Creation of training material
26. Training of business and IT resources as needed
