NTR one of the best actors and nobody else was able to perform as srikirishna as NTR did! In his starting movies his action was really cool n we will know that he is very versatile actor if we have watched those movies! but, as a chief minister of AP he is a failure. He got 3 terms (right?) failure in the sense he is such a big guy and still did nt change things around much! AP did not progress until Y2K problem gave us jobs( software)!
So i feel he need not be given Bharataratna; but, if you considerhis film performances as criteria he can be considered for Bharata Ratna! But, the problem is nageswara rao is not a less actor! I think his performance as devdas is the world's best ( for any love failure -romeo)! So is the SVR....
