edho cap gap ani untadi anta kada baa...in tht period u still can wrk for 180 days anta..effude ekkadoo chadiva..correct me if I am wrong

2013 april lo apply chedam best becoz ur OPT ends on october....and anyways its starts in october......If it rejects I think U can apply H1 again....I dont thin it will be rejected many of them are getting approved..dont worry and see ur companies H1 reject /approval rate before u apply..Or just move now to have paystubs on other cousultancy name which helps you at H1 applying time...

Nuvu epudyana H1 apply cheyachu..Even the first day u started ur OPT period...BUt showing experience makes u best to get H1..and now-a days u need client letter..SO b-sure to get client letter....

First thing dont think it will reject..it sound negative in every question U ask...Preming process chesyisthe mostly fast and approve chances are high....I think u can apply untill oct 1st when H1 actually starts
