worked for a single consultancy for my whole OPT period of 2 yrs 5 months and got my H1 filed on last day and rejected ,,

so I guess I too have some inputs about some consulting company..

Adhi vaadi mistake kaadhu , its completely my fault in staying with one guy forever,,

I never wnat to blame them as its theirjob to Rob money from any employee ..

But its my job to loook for alternativves and my negligence costed me a lot..

and So I always suggest only one thing.. always go to any place who provide training with no agreements..

never sign any agreement with anyone..

Keep marketingwith 3 diff consultancies and work for any company who finds a job for you first..

It looks Odd from his angle , considering theemployer providing Accom. money and all. but after an year. he will find the loss occured on his career..
