i think max allowed with u is 42 inches...its better to take with u as main baggage so that u no need to pay th tax. but they won't allow 46 inches i think.

u can only send it through cargo service, den u will end to pay the customs 33%+12%= 45% tax ..

so enquire the airlines abt the max dimentions they wld allow to wards main baggage..

ithe dhl or dtdc london lo vundi anukunta frnd annadu eppudo....ne clothing anni pampu so tht u no need to pay any tax for them....tv neetho teesukellu...its good option
