as per my knowledge, same amount cannot be taxed more than once. since u have already paid tax for that amount, u dont need to pay tax in india. but u need to file that amout while filing for taxes. u need to show that amout as money earned in US

India ki Double taxation ledu .... the only tax if at all would be a VAT on the service charge for transfer

to be safe side seyyadam better baaa. nuvvu ikkadi nunchi pampey money ki already ikkada tax kattesav kanuka malli akkada tax kattalsina avasaram ledhu. yearly minimum 1k rupees entho untadhi. adhi kattesi, nuvvu pampina money ki ikkada tax kattesinattu soopisthe better. future lo IT problems emi undavu.
