take a weight with which you think you can do at least 12- 15 reps ...

and also 20% excerice and rest is food bro...

potta kosam core abs cheyyi... and do not eat carbs(rice muttadhu baaa) in the evenings..


baa... one 3-4 months food control chestheyu.. u can achieve what you want
