food imp bro...

for three meals you need to have 1/3rd protein , 1/3rd carbs and 1/3rd veggies

muscle is nothing but water ..drink lot of water( chilled even better)

but do not eat like stomach full.. always have place for water...

do not eat food after 6pm ...

ur body has its clock... programme it accordingly.. meaning give it food at the same time every day and same type... some time u can give it shock treatement but nee body ella receive cheskuntadho theledhu....

i am for sure now in ur every day diet u take more than 3500 cals...

so u shud limit it to 1800 cals... counting is hard but kaneesam try to keep it closer.....

white rice + fried foods + cheese + indian curries with too much oil or spices + late night food intake + cakellu, desertllu strict no + sugar thagincheseyalli....


em food thinna .. konna check for the fat % and calories....

omllette chesukko but with egg beaters( southeren style) lo veggies kuda untayeee..... adhee some $3 untadhee oka 10 omlettes esukovachu...


use organic cooking spray to prepare ur omplette....
