u need to take 200% of ur body weight protein i mean if ur 200 pounds then take 400 grams of protein every day its must... no rice fiber is must and a proper sleep on time ...food rules are

YES BAAA for starting motivation and how to do proper weights and position of lifting ki u need a personal trainer .... a good personal trainer ... I see most of PT work for money not for the passion of teaching dont go for those PT's

iggo.. first food thinnuddu practise ... coz ur body needs to get used to it...

and then mellaga body ni prep cheyyi

i would say give urself one month..for the body to accept it when u hit the gym
