and one tip... body ni mosam cheyakku.. one week chessi next light theesukodam lantivvi.. wife tho kanna mana body thone loyal ga undaller....

my body hates me ... naaku eppduud edho oka injury.... last 6 months lo 4 injuries ...

so take care... and dont jump in to strong regime quickly... it takes min 3-4 months for results...
