Nenu 2 times tinta .. rice tini oka 10 days aindi .. daily morning subway nundi oka 5 inch sub .

afternoon kfc lo 2 hashbrowns , milkshake , sweet corns

and night emo opika unte noodles leka pothe alage padukunthuna .. i am facing severe food problems.

you should change food habits ba.. Daily min 4 times thinu sub loo instead of sandwich go for plain salad or chicken salad....
