Nee H1 filing lo Resume lo Currently working a cleint and city peru untundho.. aa city loney LCA undaali for ur H1 Application..

Ledantey ,, inka Assamey.. Lawyers will take care of that anyhow... but we need to chck that too..

no need to worry about the other LCAs applied than the one used before this H1B ...application..

Nee H1 kuda transfer process untundhi.. called as some Administrative process...

if u r travelling to India,, you need to update the H1B with the new client information and need to recive that whole approval before you leave the country for a visa stamping..


If you didn't change to the current client after getting the approval. neeku query padina time ki old client daggara chala higher level lo adugutaaru .. u need to get some real answer from them saying like yes he is in our project and we need for some long time ani .,

All this can happen or can;t happen..

so its better u need to change to the NEW client... with ur employer..




LCA is not for the Visa stamping in India.. LCA is only for the State and the USCIS rules..
