client vendor letter matters firrst then


vendor employer letter matters again the same way..

that way you clearly defines the E V C relationship.

Employer- Vendor - Contractor relationship can be 2 diff letters..

BHayya,, I am on bench now and am planning to apply for H1. Looking for a job.

SUppose client doesnt give me client letter? What should I do? is it ok if I submit just a letter from prime vendor? Or Client letter is mandatory?

And does h1 depend on how many layers are there between employer and client? Pls help..
