Cleint letter lekunna kaani, vendor letter lo cleint name mention chesi isthey.. konchem manchi lawyers daggariki velithey, they will submit some extra letters with a standard format , if you are really working with a client.

its completely based on ur employee and his annula taxable pay roll..

previous year h1 b approval history..

so many other terms decide ion ur luck without a client letter.

Hi, I am in a confused state.....nenu OPT Extension lo vunnanu....october ki opt end avuthundhii...nenu H1B ki apply cheyalli...but right now job ledhu(previous project ended recently)...... ma employer job lekunda H1B ki apply cheyanu ani antunadu, kani few of my friends have their H1B filed job lekha poyina....nenu emcheyallii....should i get job first and apply for H1B or should i change the employer if someone is willing to file H1B immediately for me with out a job?.

And another issue is: once H1b vochaka....how many(maximum) days i can be out of america, while i am on H1B status?, and come back to work without any issues.

Please give me your valuable advices... Thank you.
