Advice Needed On Rfi(H1B)

My friend's CPT ended on 19h Decemeber 2011. He has applied for H1B( application reached USCIS) on 16th December.

Now he has an RFI to show the work authorization during CPT period. He is still working.

Can he legally work now? What's the answer he has to give for RFI for this period.

RFI kaaaadhu its RFE.. better consult murthy immigration in MD..paisal pothe poni kaaani they will guide u in proper way.. If something goes wrong enni paisal pettina kastame so ipppudu perfect legal firm ni contact avvu...mee employer attorney ni nammaku..vaaalu edhedho antaaaru end of the day manake punch padthundhiiii... Application 16th reach ayyina taruvataa. Athaniki undedhi. ,, Work authorization kaadu in most cases..
kaani Employers do say that you can work on that H1 appplication acceptance number.


1) work cheyyochaa.. may be he can work,. .. if he is not illegaly staying in this country...

Asalu H1 B application Dec 16th 2011 is not possible under normal H1 B quota,.. this is kind of missing clarity...

Alll H1B applications were accepted only until some day around november 23rd- 24th..

okavela pay slips lekuntey.. meevaadi paatha employer daggarinundi Letter teesuokvli. he did an unpaid internship during that period and helpedus a lot in this project ani oka project coopinchali..
