1st thing ur employer has always rights to revoke ur H1

so becareful when you try to break it up.. Also if bonding is involved he can proceed legally .... As H1 is not like OPT he can sue you saying his company incurred losses ... you can fight back but waste of time & Assets...

So i would say either wait for 4 months or ...Talk to him make a deal with him .. Pay him Some amount and do as smoothly as possible.. I know when you apply for a transfer you don't need to think about the old employer but still buddy I will say take a step carefullyy...
Better of waiting and make sure you get your Paystubs and all other docs from himmm ...Hope ur new company will wai t
