generalga konni companies lo Business users prod validate chestaru after golive, and later they change that id/pwd.
I guess, u have to follow your company processes, like how they were able to test the existing site and rollback procedures. its as simple as that

ok got it... general ga 99% companies production loki vellaka validate chesukuntaaru very few applications ki cheyaru... inka evaranna user problem report chesinaa there will be a process... first level1 support vaadiki pothundhi(call center)... vaadi knowledge base lo emanna daaniki solution dorikithey chepthaadu user ki lekapothey he will open a support ticket and pass it on to level 2(application production support).. level 2 vaadu determine if its code related, user related, network related, app server related.. alaa.. based on that respective team who is on call will be contacted....
