Naku oka chinna doubt, health insurance 1month plan tesukunna adi start ayindi & end kuda ayindi, health insurance unna time lo oka sari hospital ki kuda velina, claims ki apply chesina under process lo undi....ikkada ques enti antay nenu malle renew cheyinchadam marachipoyanu. so, claims ki apply chesukuna amount vastadaa radaaa?

already service date lo insurance cover unte.. pay chestadu baa.... but preexisting before coverage clause lo ki velthe avadhu...

Don't worry , You had the insurance when you visited the hospital irrespective of your present renewal of the healthcare plan they will be take care of the agreed amount .

I don't think this is your case ____If you had pre-existing condition like any long term illness or something like that which the hospital people found out through diagnostic tests , the insurance company may reject the claim saying you had a pre existing condition which the insurance company is not responsible(the insurnace company can alos pay some of the amount of the visit depends on what plan you have)
