Hi , As per usa law lo Verbal Contract kuda Contract kindha consider chestaru !!! FInally Break chesinappudu amey Half rent ichetappudu did she agree for that?

if she agrees then no problem but if she didnt agree then it might be a problem.. usually small civil courts lo proceed chestaru ilanti cases .... Better talk to some desi lawyers
