Hey dont do that .. dont reply in rude... if you think wat ever you said is fair enough like if she agreed to wat ever u said when ur leaving thats more than fine.... but if you have dare enough to fight to her courts will dismiss her case ... but i dont think so you want to take the step..... but no court will ever agree or rule it in favour of her like paying her court bills and all ,but may be they will rule only the amount u owed in rent... but..... PM me ur details ....

Hi, You have agreed for me to pay half of the rent when i leave. You didnt have a problem with that then. And even during the verbal agreement, you cllearly know that i may be leaving anytime less than 3 months, because i have cleared you on that issue.

So, i dont think so i have breached any agreement.
But, still if you insist that i broke your agreement, I am very clear that you have agreed for half rent payment for last month, even if i didn't stay there.
so, it also is a verbal agreement, for which both of us should bind towards to. you asking me to pay all these fees now is also a breach of the second verbal agreement.
and you are abusing me personally, which i feel offended. As per my knowledge about the United States law, i am not supposed to pay the court charges that you faced earlier.

Paying to your landlord is not my issue because My agreement was with you and not with the landlord. I still doubt that landlord may or may not have any idea about my stay in your apartment for last 2 months. So, i dont think that we can blow this issue into a bigger proportion. I dont have a job for me right now and i am bankrupt, which you are supposed to know when you agreed verbally for half rent for last month.
