ne personal details...like first name last name...SSN DOB lantivi ame deggara unte...it will be problem..

emi ivvaledu ante..jus lite tesko..ignore her mails....sublease ivvadam ante..they shud also follow some procedure..ame aa documentation follow avvaledu so i dont think she can take a legal action without them..

any how contact any Lawyer...ATB..

consult a lawyer the best way to go i guess

my suggestion wud be...if she asks for around 1000$ or so...better to pay of if she really takes a legal action and sends a court notice to u..

chala matuku bhayapetti dabbulu teskodaniki try chestaru...coz we being immigrants...bhayapdtaru ani...so until she sends a court notice...lite tesko ignore her mails ante..

dont even reply to them...by mistake edaina commit aite problem avutadi malli mails lo...so be careful..tension padaku...

chitti.. aame ki legal ga notice pampataaniki hakku e ledhu asalu.. sublease ki documentation ledhu. and ssn ledhu. and verbal ga oppukundhi last lo parting time lo only half rent ki. threaten chesi dabbulu gunjataaniki seeing.

yeah.. mails ignore cheste kuda enough.. already aame mails pampatam aapesindhi anta le last one or 2 days ga.
