Stop Hr 3012..support American Diversity And Us Citizens..

Thank you very much for the support providing to the working middle class families..We are very much greatful for your support during the great depressing times..Our citizens , our veterans are suffering because of the high unemployment in our country and seems our govt are not doing enough for american citizens in our home country..Our students with hefty student loans, having bachelors and master degree are struggling to find jobs to repay the loans and to build a life..Our Veterans who fought for our freedom and safety cannot geta job in our country...Our working middle class families are suffering to make the ends meet..At the same time companies are allowed to bring in more and more workers from overseas mainly from India, and replacing a american workers..these foreign workers are getting job in our country just because there are cheap...From 2000 onwards around 4 million overseas workers 95% from India are imported into our country by the cheap greedy indian companies..These indian companies employ around 2 million workers in our country 99.9% of those are visa holders in H1 L1 from India..These companies just DIDn't hire an american citizen in there payroll..We american citizen build this country with our innovation and hard work..

It is time for getting our country back and get our citizen get back to work...Please stop the HR 3012 from passing the bill..If we pass the Bill, then we become cheated by those folks who gamed our immigartion system and our citizens will suffer the most...There are 5 million Indians working in our country in H1 L1 visa..55% of all 2010 green cards are allocated to these folks from India..DIVERSITY IS gone if this bill is passed..We need folks from all around the world..Talented hard working immigrants from around the world..we need people from germany british, poland, Israel, new zealand, africa , japan etc..Not just Indians or chinease..We become the super power because of our diversity and bring in talent and culture from around the world..

Now 55% of all employment based visas are allocated to folks from India by getting maximum spill over visa from EB1..Let us have a cap of SPillover visa too by country limit..Let us cancel those folks visa...Our country needs jobs for our hardworking citizens...If we can cancel these folks visa or increase the visa fees to $30,000/year, we can reduce the fraud by these companies and stop them from hiring cheap workers..if we can do that our students will be able to get real job, our unemployment rate will become 3-4% and our veterans will be able to find jobs in service sector...we all know that you are the great supporter of american middle class..We need to get help from all our senators and the suffering american workers are having because of these overseas workers..If this bill passes in the senate, 95% of all green card will be gone to to folks from India and rest of the world will become true minority...Please help us in reducing the immigration numbers..let us keep a country limit of all visa including spill over from EB1 to EB2..

If we cna stop this bill and cancel these folks visa, our country will become prosper again..our graduates , our veterans , our unemployed citizens will be able to get employed by those vacancies created, and we will prosper and innovate again..15 million of our citizens are unemployed..It is time we stop this injustice happend to our citizens..Britishers realized the issue and the their current govt took the right step in stopping any visa issued to NON europeans..UK started growing again..there unemployment rate reduced..take an example of Germany..That country is growing like anything..More vacancies , very less unemployment..Germans are happy in there life..simple reason..They have very less immigration because of the language barrier..Less people from India and china are moving to germany due to the language..That is the true jackpot for germans...

I hope our govt realises the issue and provide our us citizens an oppurtunity to work again..Please help our citizen..please stop this HR 3012 or similar bill..please cancel those folks visa..let us have a country limit of number of green card issued per year..rather that the current issuance of 50% visa gone to indians and chinease..let us create a level playing field for all the citizens from rest of the world..It is not our problem that India and china are overpopulated...
