$3 Flat Rate Percentage Employer

We are a Business Partner to IBM and other fortune 500 clients. We are agressively looking for cpt/opt students for joining our company.

We are on the path to become 100+ employee company very soon.





We do $3 flat employer rate. You have read it right. So you are just going to pay us $3 per hour and that is it. Typically on a $60/hr
project here is the math

$3 employer rate

$60-$3=$57 employee rate

so at 12% payroll tax, $51 would be your pay + $6 (12% of $51) payroll tax = $57 (employee portion)

so $51(pay rate)/60(bill rate) *100= 85% of the billing (if you calculate the traditional percentages).

With higher billing rates, you will get even getter better percentages.

Also, there is no six months, one year contract etc. The above rate is from the point you join to the point you decide to leave us.





We do not want to take major billing when our employee is the one who is working. So no fixed salary, no contracts and the percentages are upfront.



Final point we would like to bring up is we are business partner to IBM and have other direct clients. We are always looking
to place our employees with our direct clients. So we are not just placing you on a project but with couple of projects under your
belt we are gearing you towards our IBM and other direct client engagements.


We train in all Data Warehousing/BI technologies like DataStage, Informatica, SSIS, SAS,Cognos,Business Objects, OBIEE, Data Warehouse
tester, Data Analyst

Other technologies we train are SQL,.NET, Java, Salesforce.com, Sharepoint, BA, QA

Idea is if employee is happy they will stay longer. Andaru okkapudu employee e. So we feel and share the pain.

Note : Inkoti 1 o 5 o 10 employees vunte what is wrong...all the consulting companies started with 1 employee if you really think about it. None start with 500 employees. All you need a company and computer. Just FYI...maku kadu but any beginners who are starting out...nothing to fear as long as you treat people good and work hard.

[size=2]One other technology is Cloud Computing. Follow companies like Oracle and IBM they are more business oriented companies (catering to business customers) and have good offerings.[/size]
