mother teresa was a yugoslavian by birth and has helped spread christian missionary and christianity on a large scale. that is the reason why CHRISTIAN groups lobbied for her awards ,saint level etc.

there are many others who rendered service but were not given the same hype .

regarding NTR receiving bharat ratna...how come MGR was qualified in the first place? the same logic applies to NTR. by the way, NTR has also convened the national front during his last days. NTRs mythological films were translated into hindi also and releases nationwide. ex: DVS KARNA.
