na project ivale ayipoyindi.....nenu recently married,ma wife work chese place lo job chuskovalani anukuntunna..ippudu OPT lo unna.july lo OPT end avtundi..e april lo H1 file cheyali...

na questions entante(worst case scenario)

1) H1 B ki compulsary client letter undala,okavela na next client letter ivvanu ante enti paristithi
2) asalu job lone lekapote by the time nenu H1 B apply chesetappatiki H1 apply cheyocha..

client letter lekapoyina .. atleast yedho email conversation .. nuvu work chesthunnaav ani prove cheyataaniki workspace,badge etc kind of fotos ni enclose chesi pampisthaaru ba mee lawyer..

as far as I know.. job lekapothe mathram.. e madhya ye consultant kuda h1b file cheyataniki ready ga leru ..

client letter vunte...better...lekapothe...atleast Prime vendor dhi...pettali....endhukante..eppudu...chaala queries padutunnayi...

First thing first Client letter epudu manidatory...endhuku ante...its bit risk if u dont have.....kondharu india nuchi tepistaru....I think u can apply h1 after april if there quota ...and u will have buffer of 3 months after OPT ends in july untill oct if u have h1 recepit which u will get once USCIS recieves ur appilcation.....

So better April lopala job...koti apply cheyatm....
