Hi friends........ my Extension OPT will expire in feb, 2013. so i am planing to apply for H1b this April .......... What will be start date i should select ...will it be October 1st, 2012 or can i select a date in feb 2013 before my opt expires

if u apply between april to sep then u r start date will be frm oct 1st..or esle depends up on processing

U can selsct FEB as start date. Max 6 months from ur application date..
